What is a cabin charter?

Cabin charters experience is an excellent choice for those who travel alone, as a couple or in a small group of sea lovers and who don’t want to hire the entire yacht for the holiday. Guests book a cabin onboard a gulet, and it is like booking a room in a hotel. TERSANE 8 is one of the few nicest gulets in Turkey that has a capacity to host large groups of travelers. She can accommodate 32 guests in 14 cabins of various layout. There are staterooms, each with ensuite facilities, with Double, Twin beds, as well several cabins that host 3 guests.

ABOUT THE JOURNEY

It is a week-long odyssey on board TERSANE 8 that will take place from the harbor of Bodrum and finish the cruise in Fethiye - one of the most beautiful ports of Turkey. The guests will be accompanied by a professional yacht crew and a guide with whom they will discover Turkey like never before.

Brief program:

Day 1: embarkation in the harbor of Bodrum; after settling down there’s an opportunity to visit famous Bodrum castle with fantastic underwater museum and walk around the old town with lots of authentic shops, cafes and historical spots.

Day 2: Visiting Knidos - a Greek city in ancient Caria famous for its temple of Aphrodite, a place of worship for many believers in BC times.

Day 3: A visit to Datca - one of the most romantic seaside towns of Turkey

Day 4: Fantastic bays of Bozburun to spend the day swimming and enjoying a turquoise mix of the Aegean and Mediterranean seas

Day 5: Hiking in Bozukkale - a home to one of the most fabulous ancient sites on the Aegean coast

Day 6: Excursion to Dalyan River - an authentic river journey with a guide to the ancient ruins of Caunos. Onshore dinner in the restaurant.

Day 7: A day spent cruising around Gocek islands and enjoying beautiful sea and nature.

Day 8: Disembarkation after breakfast in Fethiye.

Each day is filled with caring and attentive service of the yacht’s crew, dining experiences onboard al fresco prepared by the yacht’s chef, swimming, snorkeling and enjoying water sports activities, interesting and exciting conversations with the local talented guide and making life-time memories during a journey that’s organized professionally with care and love to the sea.

• Crew service including the captain, chef, seamen, stewardess, housekeeper;

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

• Personal transfers of the guests to reach the port of embarkation and to leave the port of disembarkation;
• Crew and guide gratuity;
• Personal expenses of the guests;
• Any alcoholic beverages that are not home table wine and beer;
• Personal travel insurance.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

• 50% of the fee is paid upon the signature of the cabin charter agreement;
• 50% of the fee is paid 8 weeks prior the departure.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

• 25% of the charter fee is refunded to the guest if cancellation is made 8 weeks before the embarkation date;
• 50% is refunded to the guests if the cancellation is made between 4 to 8 weeks before the embarkation date,
• No refund if the cancellation is made during the last 4 weeks before the embarkation date.
